Data transfer
The upload system is accessed via an SSL-encrypted channel.

The upload system is certified using an e-mail containing a unique cryptic access code. Access is granted once and is prevented again automatically once the upload procedure has been completed or after 24 hours have passed

Data storage
Your data is stored on an SSL-encrypted oprandi file server and on our CRM system (staffing and recruiting software from Bullhorn Inc., Boston, USA).

Deletion of your data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR
All personal data about you, including copies thereof, is deleted in full on all data storage media:

• Upload system/file server
• CRM
• E-mail
• Backup

Storage and retention periods
Your data as well as any e-mails are stored on our file server and CRM system (Bullhorn, Inc.) for 12 months or the stated utilisation period. The only exceptions to these are entries in log files, which must be retained as possible proofs or on account of superior laws (retention obligations, accountancy, etc.).

Rights of affected parties: information, correction, deletion and blocking, contradiction
At any time you may:

• Withdraw this consent without financial consequences;
• Request information about what data about you is stored with us;
• Demand the correction, deletion or blocking of such data.
